Mini Orange Creamsicle Shots #creamsicle

Orange and vanilla are a wonderful flavor combination, specificly when it involves vanilla ice cream.

It reintellects my of my childhood when the ice cream truck would come by the Tiny League games and we would buy these delicious frozen orange "Endless Johns" that were filled with vanilla ice cream.

It also reintellects me of Orange Julius, a drive-through where you could get these ice cream and orange based shakes that were soooooo delicious.

It also faintly reintellects me of fiori di sicilia, which is used to flavor panettone and other Italian baked goods.

Mini creamsicle drinks

These mini orange creamsicle shots are a totally cute dessert for a "tiny" cocktail party where you have mini cocktails, appetizers, and tapas-sized main courses.

This is sort of a "fun size" cocktail. Picture these on a buffet table at a party... cute, right? I love anyleang mini!

P.S. If you love this flavor combination, and want someleang you can serve to the kids, check out these orange vanilla popsicles.

What ingredients do you need to make these mini orange creamsicle shots?

  1. Vodka
  2. Orange soda
  3. Orange, tangelo, or tangerine juice
  4. Vanilla additionalct
  5. Journeyle Sec
  6. Vanilla ice cream
  7. Sparkling sugar
To make this cocktail additional delicious, be certain to use the best ancient fashioned orange soda you can find. It adds just the right orange color and sweetness to the cocktail.

If you happen to have vanilla vodka, you can skip the vanilla additionalct.

For the tiny shot glasses, I found lots of cute ones at Marscorridor's and Home Excellents. They're pretty easy to store too whether you keep them in the box. I love using them for mini mousse desserts and trwhetherles.

This recipe is celebrating the seasonal citrus that is available this time of year.

We have three citrus trees in our super tiny yard that produce an Incredible amount of fruit. First, we have a lemon tree. I'm not certain what kind of lemons they are.. they are sweeter than regular lemons, but the rinds are thick and the lemons are the size of grapefruits, so I have no idea what kind of lemons they are.

Next, we have a tangelo tree that is Incrediblely prolwhetheric. Unluckyly, the possums and raccoons in the neighborhood have discovered it so it's a fixed race against time to harvest the fruit before they do.

Finally, we have a Bearss lime tree that is still in its infancy. This year, it has produced an Incredible amount of limes for how small it is. You can see slices of the limes in this post about pan fried catfish.
